Intellectual property rights in the Service's systems, design, logic, and original content belong to us.

4.2 Rights relating to Pokémon

The Service includes Pokémon-related content. All intellectual property rights relating to Pokémon belong to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, and GAME FREAK. The Service is not an official service authorized by these rights holders.

4.3 Use by users

You may use generated teams solely for personal battling purposes. Commercial use, republication, and redistribution are prohibited.

Teams suggested by the Service are AI-generated reference information. We do not guarantee their accuracy, safety, or success in battles. We accept no responsibility for actual battle results.

5.2 Characteristics of AI

The Service uses AI. Due to the nature of AI, suggestions may contain errors or inappropriate information. Please use your own judgment.

5.3 Service interruption and termination

We may interrupt or terminate the Service in the following circumstances. We are not responsible for any resulting damage to users.

• System maintenance or incident response
• Natural disasters or other events beyond our control
• Termination of the Service at our discretion

5.4 External services

The Service uses external services such as Google. We are not responsible for the effects of outages, changes, or termination of external services.
